It was one of the many treatments proposed for my spinal stenosis, if that’s what you’ve got going on, then peace be with you! It’s the worst pain I ever experienced.

Yup, I got a pinched nerve between c7 and c6 it makes my arm feel like I broke a bone. Did you recover fully btw? I got a post asking for people’s experiences with this sort of thing if you’re inclined to share. Thanks

Mine is in the lower lumbar and while it did get better, I can’t say I ever fully recovered.

It’s like that old coffee commercial:

“Do you remember your first cup of coffee? Did it ever ‘get any better’? Or did you just ‘get used to it.’?”

I’m sorry it didn’t improve as much.

I can’t say I loved coffee the first time I tried it. It took years for it to get better, and eventually it did. An acquired taste for sure… Hopefully the same applies to my spine? Thanks for sharing

It took, I dunno, 3 years? 2008-2011? Still in pain every day but not as severe. Stretching helps. Meditation and breathing helps.

After a super busy friends wedding weekend. I’m just going to sit down and play some mass effect. Just to not do anything at all.

Pulled pork. Yesterday I smoked a 12 pound pork shoulder for 9 hours, and made tons of macaroni salad, so I’m set for meals this week!

Supposed to go to a party this weekend. Last time I went to one with this crowd, it was pretty okay and I made a new guy-i-text-sometimes-friend.

Though the time before that was really dull, so who knows.

That’s a very tough question. Aside from karaoke, which I mainly do with a friend group I meet at least once a week, I don’t really have anything to look forward to.

Work has turned monotonous with a lot of downtime and I feel like I’ve learned nothing new in the past few months. A lot of my friendships have been falling apart for their own reasons. Not gonna elaborate further on that.

My love life is basically non-existent and despite having tried paid dating apps, it feels I can’t get anywhere at all. The latest shock I’ve had was over a week ago when I found out a lady I met sixteen months ago through Facebook Dating who had continually been ducking out of meeting me or committing because of her chronic fatigue is now giving another guy that confessed his feelings to her a shot… I feel like I’ve been led on big time.

I turn 33 years old in less than an hour and I’m not particularly excited for it.

I may be signing the purchase agreement to own some property Friday. Though my excitement feels rather lackluster about it
