I go to sleep at 22, wake up at 05:30. It’s the bedtime set by my Master.
So we are just not mentioning ‘bedtime set by my Master’?
Yeah, what in the hell? 😅
I never go to sleep at the same time because my shifts at work are never the same.
In a week it can go to sleep from 21h wake up at 0430, to sleep at 6h wake up at 18 max.
Same with meal time. Don’t work irregular shifts on the long run, its exhausting and bad for health.
Lucky me, I go to sleep when I’m tired, wake up when I’m not.
20:00-21:00 and up at 03:30, at least I’m off work at 13:30 and home by 14:00 though
Whenever the Adderall wears off enough for me to sleep, then 3-6 hours later. Really it depends on my metabolism each day.
Dang, your Adderall keeps you awake? If I even look at a cozy sofa after taking mine I get smitten down by a mandatory 4 hour nap
Go to bed between 21 and 22, get up between 5 and 6. This shifts about 30-60 minutes earlier during peak farm work in summer to beat the afternoon heat
Very traditional sleeping schedule you have.
I’m naturally a night person so it’s out of necessity for work and life rather than preference :/
Usually sleep before midnight, but after 22:30. I wake up whenever, but mostly between 7 and 9. I haven’t used an alarm in well over a year.
2300 or 2330 usually, up at 0700 to drink an entire moka pot in one glass, later on some yerba mate to power through.
My kid is hyperactive and I work for an hour or so after he’s been put to bed so basically if I don’t stay up late I get to relax about once a week.
I go to sleep at 9 and wake up at 4 because of work.
I go to sleep at 19 and wake up at about 6. Because I need 10 to 12 hours of sleep. Just [email protected] things.
Hope you’re doing well right now!!!
Thanks. No, I’m not.
I feel you. Chronic illness sucks, I’m just lucky mine doesn’t really affect my sleep anymore. I was lucky enough to catch a wave of medical science improvement. I sincerely hope you’ll once look back on these days as the past.
