So many good ones listed here! I’ll add cauliflower, leek and potato. I make it with a base mix of stock and milk, then once veg is cooked blitz it up and add a handful of grated cheddar and heat and stir through until it melts in. Sooo good. I like to put plenty of cracked pepper on top when eating.
What are your favourite soups to make? I need a bit of variety.
Chicken and corn. Throw some mini dim sims in to make a meal.
Lamb shank soup.
