Edit: They got banned from Hexbear too

Their response on another post is pretty incoherent, I’ve never heard someone mean this when they say they’re against “woke”

All the while, they claim it’s Russia that’s engaging in “human waves” tactics

It looks like they’re also doing the same thing with an alt on Hexbear (they posted the same Daily Mail articles to their politics community which looks to be against that community’s “don’t directly link reactionary sites” rule lol), which I think is another red flag

I agree that it’s really suspicious at best, I have no idea what purpose this community could serve other than for spreading that kind of nonsense, especially considering the brand new account that created it is clearly a reactionary of some variety

I think it’s a pretty huge red flag though that it’s a brand new “transracial woke-free” account that immediately creates this community and starts using it to link fascist rags and nothing else

It bums me out that my comment was removed because I wasn’t even saying other people should stop or that it’s even a good decision on my part, I was just describing why I’ve caved, it was more just venting about how it’s come to this

It feels like no matter what I do, I’m not making the right decision

It doesn’t help that after this all went down, my dad literally told me earlier (completely unprovoked, I have no idea why he said it) that “they should’ve gotten rid of curbside pickup after the pandemic because people too lazy to get out of their cars don’t deserve to eat”, which I shouldn’t even have to say why that horrifies me on so many levels

Like, I have to live around people who have been doing everything they can ever since the start of the pandemic to avoid masking whenever they weren’t literally forced to, these people even stopped masking while being sick, anything I do just feels like it’s in vain when they undo all that effort in a second

I stopped a while ago, I hate that I did, but I can’t stop a widespread pandemic on my own and it feels pointless now after all these years of nobody else giving a shit, being the only person in a crowd who ever masks for years feels so demoralizing and I just couldn’t keep doing it

What’s even the point if my family doesn’t mask anyway? Even from the very start, they would always do as much as possible to avoid wearing them, and two months ago I caught COVID from them and I think it’s left me with Long COVID, even masking in public wouldn’t have done anything about it

Like it’s not like I’m going out in public while actively having COVID, but masking at all times just isn’t working for me anymore

No personal choice on my part could ever come close to making up for the systemic collapse of disease control that was deliberately engineered by the most powerful people in the world

I saw someone on reddit complain about linking to a tweet because Twitter is a right-wing shithole, and someone replied “And reddit isn’t?”

But then someone replied to that with “Seriously? Right-wingers don’t plague Reddit.”

I think that would depend on what you consider as “capable of 4K60”, because the PS5 Pro will almost certainly be far less capable of that than a build that’s double the price, especially since games that are already CPU-bound aren’t going to get much better framerates if at all

Yeah, I really don’t think an RX 6600 build would outperform the PS5 Pro at all, that doesn’t line up with what I’ve heard at all

From what I’ve heard, an RX 7700 XT build might be pretty close though, and a basic build with one of those and a 5600 would be not that much more than a PS5 Pro, which does definitely go to show how crap the PS5 Pro price is (especially since that CPU is probably better than the one in the PS5 Pro)

The regular PS5 isn’t going anywhere, and you still won’t be able to build an equivalent PC for near the same price as that, but the Pro is so much more expensive for relatively little gain that the price gap for that is pretty small, and on PC you’d get a better CPU too

This costs nearly $1000 here in Canada (more after the disc drive and stand and tax), Sony’s gone fuckin’ nuts with the price on this thing

Like, the only way this works is if ChatGPT is literally always correct at all times (which will never be the case fundamentally), because otherwise it’s even worse than the existing process of just using Google because it’s just another step before you end up needing to do that anyway

Advanced Warfare has you end up fighting a genocidal megacorporation superpower run by an American (though you end up fighting alongside the US Army against it)

Infinite Warfare has you play as American but you’re at least not fighting an existing enemy group, you’re fighting against cartoonishly evil space fascists lol

Also, avoid Call of Duty WWII (the 2017 one), that one doesn’t even have a Soviet campaign lol, it’s rather hilarious how much that one goes straight to “America won WWII” when the older CoDs were pretty good about not doing that

The fact that he’s expecting me to be happy about people who are pro-genocide because of some token “progressive” promises (that probably won’t even mean anything once elected) is infuriating, especially when those promises don’t even affect us in particular

I use mine all the time, I love this thing even with its quirks

One of my favorite things about it is that it brings the full power of Steam Input (the input remapping system made for the Steam Controller and available for other controllers) to a handheld, I’m already a Steam Input diehard who plays as many games as possible with a controller so this is the best handheld for me, I’ve played a lot of games on here that normally use keyboard and mouse controls

Oh I don’t have a front basket on mine actually, I’m just dangling my helmet off the handlebar in that photo (unless you meant to reply to someone else like OP)

But I know you can get aftermarket front baskets/racks, just be careful if you get a mountain bike or something because not every front rack works with bikes that have front suspension (since the lower part of the fork moves up and down on those)

Personally I prefer a rear rack with a detachable pannier bag, my bike came with the rack (since that’s where the battery goes in on this one) and I got the bag cheap enough on Amazon, I can wear it over my shoulder when I get where I’m going and then just clip it back on the bike when I leave, you could also attach a basket or milk crate or whatever, which I gotta start doing eventually so I can carry more groceries

It also came with the fenders too, though of course those can also be bought aftermarket for bikes that don’t have them

Only other thing I wish it came with was lights, a lot of ebikes are capable of having their lights be directly powered by the motor’s battery so you don’t need to charge them separately, I’m using USB-charged ones for now which I gotta worry about separately
