I’m not even sure if many of you know this, but the negotiations between the United States and Russia fell apart about three days ago.

Yesterday Russia tested one of their nuclear missiles 6,000 kilometers across the territory of Russia and the United States did the same thing in territory close to the United States.

You can basically see where this is going, but what do you think about the situation?

What type of asanine response is this? Are you suggesting that the United States and Russia are going to fight against UK and France?

Also France and UK suck geopoliticially and are better off with less not more

      • The United States have been taken over by a Russian-Alligned authoritarian administration. I’m not sure about if the US would be directly siding with Russia, but EU countries should not expect the US to adhere to the nuclear umbrella agreements or NATO, and should plan as though the US is effectively going to betray NATO.

In fact, I’d say Australia should just ignore the NPT and get their own nukes to protect South Korea and Taiwan against PRC.

The US cannot be relied upon when it comes to diplomacy, especially when every 4 years is just a roll of dice to see how bad the administration could get, and I’m saying this as an American.

You have no idea what’s going on with the Shield politics. The fact that you think Australia needs to protect South Korea and Taiwan is asinine. They are a totally different country that’s not even Asian.

Russia doesn’t control any parts of America in great quantity. I don’t know if some oligarch thrives some politician here and there but they don’t control congress nor do they control any of the political movements that are already in place in the United States.

Have you even been to America? They are evil yes but they hate Russia

We stopped hating Russia about the same time the Berlin Wall came down. My high school girlfriend was learning Russian in a public school in 1987. It wasn’t common, of course, but it shows anecdotally that we never hated the Russian people other than they were communist.

You people are so delusional and detached from anything happening in reality it’s crazy. America is anti China and Russia in almost every way it can do it in

You people? I don’t even know what demographic you’re trying to cast me in. Whatever it is, I don’t conform to any group.

Sure you do. This is why you use the terminology we. When I was referencing Americans. You are indeed part of the group. Now back to reality I go 🦹🏻‍♀️

So you’re saying I’m just like all Americans, I hate Russia despite… not hating Russia? Good luck with whatever you’re smoking in “reality”.

Nah, our president is definitely compromised by Russia. Every time the subject of Ukraine comes up you can just see it plain as day.
