Spring is in a week, if you live on the evil side of the equator. Pick up disc golf. It is nearly free.
Foraging is free and you end up with really delicious free food (if you’re careful, otherwise death).

for anyone looking for a cheap hobby, try coding, there are plenty of free resources to learn, and you can get started on almost any computer (or even an android phone!)
