What you linked to here isn’t related to the rules of lemmy.ml, your instance. If you look at the top of the page of lemmy.ml, you’ll see a menu that says “sidebar”. Open it and it lists the instance rules. This is rule 2:

When I call someone a Nazi for materially supporting an apartheid state with their purchases and advertising them on Lemmy.ml, I will take enforcements of Rule 2 on that as an endorsement of Zionists feeling welcome here.
