I’m not really into cheese (or wine), but I’ve been trying some out recently. Noteworthy so far been camembert and Handkäse, letting them ripen in the fridge for a bit. But to answer your question, my favourite is mozzarella di bufala.
I go through phases. Right now is sauv blanc and parmesan. Over the summer is was rose and goat

I like Dutch smoked cheddar. I cut it up into triangles and nibble on it.
You’d have to pay me to drink any wine, even then I might still say no.
What drink of choice would you pair that with? A V8 or tomato juice might go down the ol’ gunhole right noice
Lately I drink kombucha, blood orange flavour
I love the strawberry lemonade one. Kombucha freaking slaps
Don’t drink wine so unsure there. I like brie though! Or red dragon cheddar thing.
Wat do you wash it down with? Starting to crave some v8/vegetable cocktail
Cranberry juice! I like the tartness.

I like a New Zealand sauvignon with a platter of things - charcuterie, olives, cheese, crackers, nuts etc.
Cheese wise - Lockerbie cheddar. Anything from Orkney is also a winner. Love their salted butter 🤌
Pinot noir and Swiss cheese, or a nice smoked Gouda or anything with goat cheese. Actually I think I like most cheeses, but I’m much more picky about wines. I mostly drink drier reds, Pinot being my favorite now but used to only drink cabernets and malbecs
Red wine, white cheese. Yellow cheese acceptable.
