Yeah that was just the byline and I grabbed some excerpts about what triggered it.
Thanks for pointing this out though. Personally, I’m glad they’re taking action and coming at it from multiple angles.
Monopolies will do that.
I guess they shouldn’t have privatized hydro after all…

More than 10,000 evacuees are being supported by the Red Cross and 860 are being supported by the SPSA (Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency).
About 15,000 have fled Saskatchewan wildfires and more coming: Premier Moe
Moe said he has spoken with his provincial counterparts, as well as Prime Minister Mark Carney, and was told that resources would be made available to battle the fires that continue to affect more than 30 communities.
Trade watchers have always suspected Canada was holding on to the DST mainly for negotiating purposes. It was something generally positive for Canada that could nonetheless plausibly be negotiated away for some meaningful purpose, perhaps in the planned six-year review of the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) that replaced NAFTA under the first Trump presidency. However, the number listed, 1-877-330-6366, does not connect to a Canadian government service. It connects to Trans Lifeline, a nonprofit, peer-led support line that has served both American and Canadian transgender people since 2014. No new Canadian hotline has been created for LGBTQ+ Americans.
Looks a bit like a seal skull to me.
Edit: maybe a South American sea lion
I was in Buenos Aires and saw a hockey shop and I was like, whaaaat? Then I realized it was selling field hockey equipment. Most places I travel, if you talk about hockey it means field hockey, and you have to say “ice hockey” if that’s what you’re talking about.
It’s a shoe-in for joke of the year (1935)
I really enjoyed Grounded. Never got to the end game, but probably because I didn’t really try. I just had a lot of fun exploring and fighting bugs.
