    Huh! Who would’ve thunk that more grass-roots approach, giving the young people attention and providing possibilities and options would lower crime rates?

      I keep measuring today to the late 90s, and despite all the racism, grime, crime and murder back then - it definitely felt like there was more opportunity then rather than now for young people
