The twitter user is an actual commercial pilot, and ACARS messages do look like that. Not sure what’s up with SKW2438/SKT2438 but otherwise it seems legit. I think faking it would be harder than actually doing this.
Except that that might explain the slightly different alias on that line. Maybe it’s a message just like the rest, sent for the sake of the meme, and the alias just happened to get typed incorrectly…

The username in the second one changes from SKW4238 to SKY4238, so (at least) that one is fake.
The messages also just don’t match. Left one just says “Hiii” but the right one says “hiii how is”

That’s the flight management computer, it does waypoint navigation/autopilot. As far as I know it doesn’t do chat to other planes. So all fake
