On the source website I can’t find this map, but it doesn’t make a too much of sense if you think about it: what is “most frequent”? By used amount? By frequency of use? Or police captures? On the EUDA website there are some interactive maps, but per each substance, and you can change the age groups, as usage can wildly differ between young adults and full adult population:
