Personally, I don’t think 64gb of ram is necessary, unless you have millions of browser tabs open. And if that is four sticks of 16gb, you will be losing performance as well, two sticks of 16gb will be faster. Other than that, pretty ok specs wise, should handle most AAA games at 1440p, if not 4K.
Imo 16GB is a bare minimum today, i always recommend 32GB which is what i use myself. I agree 64GB is a bit overkill but the price for a prebuilt is good and the specs are banger.
That’s fine if you want to over kill on ram. The frequency is also a bit low, I think ryzen likes 6000MHz better. Might pay the same but have much better performance for 16gb x2 @ 6000MHz.

Starcitizen is the only game i can think of that requires more than 32.
Cities Skylines with a thousand or so assets can need more than 32 as well.

You could also get away with 4x8GB that will double the speed instead of spending the money on total capacity.
