Yo, so Evil on Emacs is just vim keybindings, right? What’s DOOM Emacs?
Wait, what are the problems with Brave?
Am I missing something here? Did Nvidia leave a void?
You’re right I sbould have included that in the question. I’m on Hyprland with Wayland so there are quite a few choices. I mentioned rofi (rofi-wayland) and wofi because I can see that they are both options here.
Completely agree with all your points. On a tangential note, I wish opensecrets had an rss feed…
I wouldn’t recommend Signal for privacy. It has quite a few concerning issues. There are some good alternatives however. I think Briar is good if privacy is your chief concern. Sam Bent compared some of the other alternatives in this video.
Christ what a clusterfuck. How could anyone think this was a good idea?
Faair. Thanks anyways.
Ah, I think I may have used the wrong terminology (though thank you for the respobses). What I’m really looking for is an organisation that provides public reviews of FOSS codebases and assesses their privacy and security. Is that a thing?
Automate the Boring Stuff with Python is a good way to get many of the general foundations through a series of projects.
On a tangential note, what does Linus used, Vi or Emacs?
Thanks!
Hey! What is that color scheme? I love it.
Oooh, what’s the band called?

I like this quote. Where is it from?
I’ve heard cybersec guys say they print off things like recovery codes and keep the physical copy stored. Also, entire governments still run on pen and paper (shitty inefficient governments).
I love fedora but I do wish that GNOME had a better command line tool for opening windows on different workstations. I just want to automate more easily (I think Wayland is a factor too).
Revanced continues to work fine for me.
