I hate that our greatest hope is that the guy is 80 and has shit health.
Clearly the people aren’t going to actually do anything besides disapproving looks and politely asking him to stop ignoring the law and constitution.

Why bother. I’m here to lurk, post an occasional comment, and enjoy. Not to make a reputation or become visible.
Haven’t even looked into how. I think Lemmy is federated with some other types of fediverse styles, too? The interface I’m on doesn’t emphasise individual user pfps. I can see pfps but they’re tiny circles on my phone that I only notice if they’re pointed out.

I don’t keep up with instace drama too well and haven’t heard about lemmy.today. Mind filling me in? Just out of curiosity.
I downvoted for the funnies because that’s basically a law of the internet lol.
Edit: Why can’t I upvote and downvote at the same time smh. I wanna upvote the funny but downvote for the funny too.

Or the day they don’t vote against.
Is this one you’d be able to share? Or one you heard about but never found?
Sounds like an interesting study to read through, eben if the results are depressing.

Because I’m tired of this illegitimate felon squatter in the White House getting away with all this bullshit and any time he “takes a loss” all he has to do is nothing.
Court orders mean jack shit if he can just ignore them and have no consequences. I don’t even k ow why they’re so scared of this Epstein stuff. Like they’ll have any real consequences? What’s gonna happen, a strongly worded letter of disapproval?
“Loss” after “loss”, and no consequences that mean anything. It’s hard to have faith when this happens over and over again.
The one I remember is corn, carrots, and peas. That mixture is why I thought cooked carrots were the most disgusting thing… And I think the corns’ flavor took a hit as well because the only good canned corn was creamed corn.
Creamed corn and green beans are amazing agreed.I also picked up a love of canned sweet peas.
Some things can way better than others.
Taking the Pill has never really been something I considered since I’m not a fan of taking pills outside of medical necessity (exception for ibuprofen because pain sucks). I also kind assumed force blocking it permanently would be really bad for some health reason.
If it’s not though and I can really just deleteit like that… Very much worth looking into. Useful to know!
The comments are teaching me I grew up poor and still eat poor.
I mean I knew the second part. But those damn canned mixed veggies were disgusting.
Some of those aren’t really optional… I’d love to not menstruate, but I gotta wait for menopause for that. Not my choice to bleed for several days and get major cramps and back pain every month. It just happens.
Suspicious tattoos.
I used to be adamant to keep my long hair. I hated caring for it. Grandother kept suggesting I try short hair.
Grandma was right. When I finally tried short hair… Never again do I want the head-heavy pain-generating mess-prone burden of long hair. I cut that shit when it’s long enough to reach my chin.
Whatever the title of “This girl is on fire” is.
Pretty sure it’s supposed to be empowering or something but all I hear is ThIs guRl iZ oN FiiIiiRrrrrrRrreee!!! two hundred times in a row.
Like okay she’s on fire. Got it. Get damn fire extinguisher or something and SHUT UP.
Honorary shout out to the 80℅ of songs on the radio thst are about relationships. You know there’s more topics that exist? Does it ALWAYS have to be about relationships?
And Christmas songs on eternal repeat starting before Halloween. Thanks, radio. I hate Christmas songs now. Not because they suck, but because you suck gor playing them over and over FOR HALF THE YEAR.
Oh no.
I’d be very confused if I were on PC for this. Clever.

Nope, just two people with a bad tempeh.
Point of post aside, I never thought about the “ownership” dividends of USA land before the current map.
Interesting to look at.
