  • Reminds me of why torture as a means of information gathering is ridiculous.

I will absolutely tell you what I think you want to hear when you start stabbing me, whether its the truth or I ever knew it at all.

But I also hate you for torturing me, so If I do happen to know the thing then I also know enough about the thing to alter the answer to something false but plausible for a moment of relief while you act on it, because we all know if you’re torturing me, you have no intention on ever letting me out alive.

  • “Clean” coal, corn based ethanol, hydrogen vehicles, plant a tree offsets, planet scale carbon filters, on and on…

If the owners want me to believe technology can solve the climate problem that is caused by their greed so their greed can continue destroying us socially unabated, they need to stop selling climate action policy snake oil to world governments for a quick buck.

And also maybe stop forcing workers who can work at a computer at home to drive into work to maintain the capital value of your commercial real estate as you bark orders from the luxury resort tour that is your life.

  • We’re patient zero for the world’s current greed disease.

Not only won’t we go along, our purchased government will internationally war against this. Never forget we destabilized the South American continent, a government at a time, to keep their markets open for capitalist exploitation and snuff out any potential examples of an economy that serves its people, as opposed to a society that subsists in service to an economy as it is here and increasingly everywhere.

We’re a big reason the global owner class has so much unelected, unaccountable power that needs to be fought to begin with, our government has spent decades convincing other governments to “turn the bull loose” to open their markets to unchecked capitalist exploitation and betray their people under the promise that their elite can live like gluttonous modern Pharoahs for their betrayal. The UK has fully fallen to this as just one example.

This initiative for all intents and purposes is an attack on the United States and everything its people THAT MATTER, not us, stand for.

  • The difference is you can still get those degrees if you want to.

If you come from a family of means you can, and no one will bat an eye.

If you get those degrees on student loans because it’s your passion, you wind up in massive debt and poverty, usually with capitalism defenders (and the owner’s for profit media) running to point and yell that you deserve it for not picking a passion that will maximize your utility at providing capital value to the owners.

Self-actualization for nepo babies all day. Preparation to be one of those nepo baby’s batteries for the rest.

  • We’re destroying our own habitat, not to mention the habitat of other life that isn’t actively burning the very ground beneath their feet, all out of sociopathy, greed, and ego. We’re competing against one another over ego scores, leaving people homeless and exposed to our ever hottrr climate as it burns all to see which owner can get the highest score in their exploitation competition before they have to retreat to their luxury bunkers, mischief managed.

The idea that our species will continue to gather to celebrate the supposed nobility of human competition, as our many self-created existential crises born of competing against one another close in around us, is gallows hilarious to me.

Homeostasis with our only world and cooperation with one another should have been humanity’s business, especially when the scientists started warning us of what we were doing about a century ago.

Is what it is, enjoy watching athletes collapse of heat stroke in the spirit of competition.

  • Remember, small impressionable children, oligarchy and rigged market capitalism is the only way, everything else is evil and anti-freedom, and remember to compete against your fellow Americans to try to get more than them!

For our next lesson, critical thinking and reasoning! Just kidding, we don’t do that here. It doesn’t help to make you better laborers.

And now onto history, open your textbooks to page 33:
