I hate to deal with this since I recall it being a huge pain in the ass. But, it’s the best photo processing app by far and I’ll never again pay Adobe.
I’m on Mac. What do I want to do? Patch the installed app and then block outgoing connections in my host file or something? I seem to recall that the last time I tried this, none of them worked, so let me know if there’s a particular release I should look for.
