There’s a whole instance, ttrpg.network, which has a community for just about everything. Some of them are pretty quiet, but no one will object there.
If Fedia.io works similar to The/Brain/Bin, which I’d imagine so given both use Mbin as base (but can’t check as the site is accessible only when logged in), he/she can look for the domain at https://fedia.io/magazines, e.g. https://fedia.io/magazines?query=ttrpg.network&fields=names&federation=all&adult=hide
