It looks like Alberta will be getting Federal money for a pipeline

Only if Alberta can get BC and the first nation’s to agree, and can find a private sompany willing to build the thing. That’ll be just as hard, since the economics of building another pipeline don’t make sense for any private company that expects to ever turn a profit on the project.
