Are there by ways for communists to help Venezuela combat the US?
There are a lot of ways and it varies depending on where you are. However, I can summarize some that I can think of:

If you are a US comrade, join a solidarity org and events like this one. Agitate the masses and talk about the book “Fort Bragg Cartel” from Seth Harp. Expose to the people that the US have their own problems and it is heavily linked to the capitalists that are trying to deflect the blame to justify an attack on another country.

If you are from another Western country, agitate like the spanish.

If you are from the Global South, the same thing as the rest while pushing your gov’t to diversify from the US. Agitate the masses against imperialism and move the masses to empathize with our fellow comrades from Venezuela.

When has the CIA not been authorized for that?
If we go by what we know through the book, Dark Alliance: The CIA, the Contras, and the Crack Cocaine Explosion by Gary Webb or the USAID scandal, it shouldn’t be this open. To have some plausible deniability, the US gov’t usually keeps it hidden while the CIA secures their funding through the drug trafficking to avoid linking it back to themselves. This helped the imperialists and their bootlickers avoid having their hands dirty. In other words, it was hard for Latam comrades to explain to your regular Latam lib what was happening.
However, now, it is shamelessly advertised for everyone to see. No pro imperialist libs in Latin America will be able to dodge this or even explain this. If they try, they will be exposed as the imperialist bootlickers and lose respect with the population.
Things are going to be interesting in Latin America.
