Electronic Arts, the video game maker, is being acquired and taken private for about $52.5 billion in what could become the largest-ever buyout funded by private-equity firms.

The updated rootkit will be uploaded and installed to your computer kernel automatically upon closure of the deal.

    Windows already has a rootkit on your computer. It’s called Microsoft CoPilot and Recall. Giving up things that hurt you shouldn’t be hard, when there are far better alternatives to Windows and EA.
