That’s why you get a fan to blow on you because that blows the monsters away, but then you can also put a sheet on to add double layers of protection.

My current quilt is 1.5 tog. It’s so thin it barely exists. It’s brilliant ❤️

Douvets > blankets

Also just the douvet covers or bed sheets , and are perfect summer alternatives.

You can get cooling blankets. I have one and it’s great, apart from the fact that it’s super slick and sometimes slides off the bed.
