Or maybe give the AI enough context to do a good job and check the result before posting. AI can work fine, it’s the users who are stupid.

So you’re saying the solution is to write a description of the thing you want the word prediction machine to write of description of.

Giving it the image as part of the context helps. But honestly for a description that short it takes longer to have an AI do it than to just do it yourself

Insisting on using a system that is well documented to make shit up out of nowhere just means you’re both lazy and a poor decision maker.

Especially when there’s no inherent gain from its use like corporate executives solely trying to reduce their biggest expense (payroll) without any other consideration.

Doubt the person knew english to put this up, assuming for whatever reason that this is real!

So sticking to freeware either a wonky google translate or ai! Well, google translate would have been less coherent, maybe to the point of non-understandability and would have been posted here regardless… But yea, would have been the better choice

Why not present that context to users and let us draw our own conclusions?

Menu translations are hilarious, but this does sound like an LLM mistook “chicken pops” for an eggcorn of “chicken pox” and described it accordingly, though it may not necessarily be the restaurant that used the LLM. It could also be an auto-generated summary from a search engine, for example.

What currency is that? Is it possible that this error is related to translation? Perhaps somebody who didn’t speak English used a translator/LLM/both and couldn’t check the response?
