          It is a policy failure if you are young, poor etc

          The property “owners” think they are winning because their primary residence went in value 🤡 which results in higher carrying costs lol

          But real winners are the various grifters within the industry and the real owners

    We stopped going because it was always 60% straight people, and they caused problems. I personally got gay bashed countless times, violently kicked in the back because some girl thought I was her friend, almost got into a fist fight because a straight girl said she was going to steal my friend’s bag, and had to protect my friends from endless streams of straight men who were trying to pick up lesbians.

    Even the queers who can afford it stopped going because once the bar was known, it ended up being inhospitable to us.
