Is this some kind of short-range EW pod attached to the interceptor drone?
My guess would be something that sniffs the radio signals that are controlling the craft, then spoofs the signal that makes it pitch into the dirt, though that might make a more violent descent.
“EW pod” makes it sound like Lockheed developed it, when its probably something like a Flipper Zero taped to the bottom or some shit. They’re making these things by the thousands and they expect a high attrition rate, I don’t know how much sense it makes for either side to embed advanced tech in these things.
