Amnezia is interesting. It is definitely better than just self-hosting a vanilla WireGuard/OpenVPN, because of the obfustation options they provide (XRAY Reality, Cloak etc.)
Although, personally I would prefer to simply setup any of the protocols myself than rely on Amnezia or Outline or whatever else. For non-tech savy users this might be a great option though.
