I guess it was only a matter of time before false spring was going to end and I’d be putting the heater back on.

I had my reservations, but due to the strength of the wind I think it’s paid off.

Now that the sun is out taking advantage of the wind to dry my washed doona.

Trying to get through first level of organisations these days is truly excruciating. The enshittification of everything is real.

I literally haven’t left the house today to avoid any of this shit, and by and large I’ve been successful.

Interesting priority, I think I would use it to drastically change the course of my life in my younger years.

I’m calling it : Sydney has better public transport than Melbourne.

And we are entitled to critique his silly backwards and out dated attitudes. He’ll be dead soon just like a lot of other dinosaurs and the world is going to move on whether he likes it or not. But instead he chooses to resist. Its really quite stupid.

He can add all the so called office perks he likes but it doesn’t compensate for the expense and time wasting that is commuting.

And people wonder why couples are deciding not to have children when megalomaniacs like this clown seem to think life revolves around work, so much so he wants you to drop your kids off at childcare so someone else can raise them. This guy is by no means an outlier in his attitudes but he is certainly bold enough to speak very plainly on it.

For the avoidance of all doubt I don’t advocate for employee laziness (unless you are being paid shit, in which case you put in proportionate to pay), but flexible working arrangements make a lot of sense.

Hot tip boomer, commuting is a waste of time and money and in most jobs doing away with this has no bearing on performance outcomes.

Another hot tip, just because someone is in the office doesn’t mean they aren’t wasting time. Don’t assume for one minute that the office days are somehow the glory days . Believe me I see the time wasting and shit talking every time I go into the office.

Arguably the distractions of an office 9/10 are actually counter productive.

Sometimes I look at some things I said and done 20 years ago and think omg cringe.

I’m ok with glute bridges and still do them.

The only squats don’t feel horribly awkward on either my back or knees are hack squats but unfortunately my gym doesn’t have a hack squat machine.

I don’t like squats so I’ve stopped doing them. They always feel incredibly awkward and I rather suspect they aggravate my sciatica.

It used to be that people had holidays in Australia and notably mostly within their own state as travel was too expensive.

Now holidays within Australia are too expensive so people go overseas.

Melbourne weather is particularly cruel and is prone to random acts of senseless brutality.

We are unfortunately getting old and it’s showing.

I used to love sleeping with my arm giving me support underneath my head and neck but my shoulder just won’t tolerate it anymore.

By all means enjoy it …while it lasts. Just don’t put your jacket away yet

Don’t be tricked the illusion of Melbourne’s “fools Spring”. There will be a cold snap back at some point.

Scum passengers shit food no luggage allowance included. Its just not worth it.
