I try to name unconnected things until I’m interrupted by a different thought, then when I realize I’ve gone off I play the unconnected naming game again. Doesn’t matter if there is a connection. Apparently this disorganized thinking is similar to sleep thoughts and can help get your brain in the mood for sleeping.

Definitely don’t put grease or oil down the drain if it is solid at room temperature. Even oil that’s liquid at room temperature is bad for sewage systems - they combine with non-biodegradable sewage waste such as wet-wipes (Don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. Oh damn, same. What should I search to read more about this? Mentioned to my therapist that this is a pattern of mine but it was tangential to some other stuff so we didn’t end up processing it specifically. Is BPD referring to bipolar or borderline personality disorder?
