Israel can fuck up every oil field in the middle east, so I guess the thinking is that it keeps everyone in the region in line?

Which is when Trump gets in office. They could probably manage if they have a guarantee from him that they’ll restart deliveries. It might just delay the genociding a smidge.
I mean, could’ve technically been in Kursk, but yeah, they probably use that language for any part of Ukraine they’re occupying.
Even if they stop now, Trump will just restart it after inauguration. They should’ve done it a year ago.
Do you support all peoples claiming their homelands again through ethnic cleansing, no matter how much time has passed?

I don’t think you realise how much £91000 + expenses actually is in the UK.
And currently the house of Lords is a bunch of old geezers that don’t know anything about anything, so yeah, taxi drivers and farmers would be a welcome change. They actually talk to normal people once in a while.
And again, if they feel like serving the public when shaping policy about their profession is important enough, they should be happy to take a pay cut for a few years for the greater good.
They should’ve arrested all of them and held them until they could work out which ones are war criminals that can be referred to the Hague.
They could refuse, continue doing their job on the side, or just take the temporary pay cut to enjoy a close to do nothing job for a few years. I don’t think that’s anything to be concerned about. An MP gets over £90000 plus expenses, that’s triple the median salary. If those that earn more want to self select themselves out of power, they can definitely do that. That’s only about 4% of the population.
Damn impressive, usually nothing gets done on schedule.
I love that idea actually. Basically a lottery where you can randomly become a Lord for a couple of years, draw the salary, then go back to your regular life.
Yep, any country bombing UNESCO heritage sites is engaging in genocide.
It’s a joke about how you can’t quote Wikipedia directly in papers, etc.
Allow them to work and they can fund their stay anywhere. Anyway, like like all that’s moot now, Trump is going to be going with the government accommodation model.
So Nazis are allowed to just do whatever, but they’ll set up an undercover operation to catch anyone fighting them.
Unfortunately they can’t quote Wikipedia directly in their work, but they can use the sources in the article.
These are Israeli hooligans. They spent days terrorising the city, attacking buildings and beating up taxi drivers until people were fed up and fought back (because the police didn’t do anything). Now they’re playing the victim.
There’s plenty of Jews in Amsterdam that don’t get attacked on the daily.
Yep, while it’s technically true that inflation is down, people still struggle with grocery prices having basically doubled, so unless you caused everyone’s wages to rise at least as much, you’re just going to piss people off when you say their lived experience is wrong.
It’s like the people running the campaigns don’t know any regular people.
Trump is similarly out of touch, but he somehow managed to say things that resonate, mostly because his schtick was always that ‘America isn’t what it used to be’.
Like, why the fuck are they still inviting their football teams to play?
The pandemic and Ukraine shows you can’t just count on global markets in a crisis, and we’re heading into a world with more, not less crises. Countries everywhere are onshoring critical industries, and the BRICS countries are working on getting off the dollar. That’s happening whether Trump is President or not (and unfortunately he is).
I think it’s either:
