Not to be nit-picky, but I’m pretty sure they kicked him because they thought he was antisemitic, not because he was too left wing.

Liz Truss lost her seat because voters moved right, not because they thought Labour was a better option.
Let’s celebrate today, but from tomorrow onwards, we need to address the far right lunatics head on.
I disagree. The meteoric rise of Reform indicates that a large part of the country is moving further right, not left. In contrast, the gains by Labour in terms of votes were not what I had hoped for. What turned this into a land slide was reform splitting the right wing vote.
We/you need to spend the next 5 years addressing that problem or there are indeed bad times ahead.
Still Mr. Clumsy.
Maybe, just maybe… they think China is full of shit.
That’s also a good thing - eating less milk and beef is also good for the environment. Less demand means fewer cows, means fewer cow farts…
Mostly, he’s been doing the dirty work for Russia.
Yeah… I’ve very mixed feelings about this. On paper, wikileaks was a force for good, but it got taken over by far right/Russian assets.
The best vegan recipes are indian. You can certainly eat well as a vegetarian in London, but most places will have an indian restaurant with a few veggie choices.
I moved to Germany, so I know only too well how quickly AfD moved from unelectable to likely coalition partners in the next government. Complacency is a gift to the far right…
I imagine so, buy have no first hand experience.
I am a long-time Tumbleweed user. It’s the most stable rolling release distro I’ve tried, so if you want that latest software, it’s a great choice. I’ve not tried MicroOS yet, so I can’t comment on that.
Be careful of the Monkey’s Paw - Reform in opposition may mean Reform in power in 10-15 years. The collapse of the Torries is for sure nice to see, but much of that voting block is moving right, not left, and that scares me.
I dunno, having the same music taste seems like a good starting point at least.
Speaking as a Gen X with a guitar… it was all about synthpop, rave and industrial. Who needed guitars in the 80s/90s anyway?

I’m not sure it’s that simple - maybe they are playing their Gen X parents’ guitars?
Simple: I fucking hate driving. I hate the smell, I hate the noise, and I hate the stress. Thr environmental impact isnt exactly a plus point either. You could say that I’m lucky to live in a place with good public transport, but I actively sought out a place with public transport because I didn’t want to rely on a car.
Final nail on the coffin: I developed Menieres disease, so I am prone to intense vertigo attacks at short notice - I couldn’t get a license even if I wanted one.
Fuck me, I hope you don’t just render whatever HTML the user gave you!
