  • It’s so ridiculous that part of me always thinks it must be a cynical evil distraction while all they really care about is continuing to transfer wealth from those already with less to those already with more. Because of course decent people care way more about human rights than a couple percentage points in their tax rate.

But I guess it doesn’t matter what truly motivates these supposed puppet masters when the hate around the world is very real.

  • It’s such a bother every July when the LGBT+ agenda steamrolls in and destroys my decades of marriage and traditional looking dad/mom/child family. All because they’re different and don’t like that we exist.

Oh wait, I mean the complete opposite of that, because I give a shit about people and don’t run my life on fear, hate, and ignorance.

Godspeed flattening the Christian values though.

  • I like to use Oregon Trail generation too. It’s the perfect label for those of us who essentially had computers inserted into our childhoods at some point.

Computers pre-date us by a lot, obviously, but it’s more about the mass market computers (and home video game systems) that normal people could access.

but how does it get lift if it is prevented from accelerating from 0 to 1 km/h of ground speed

That’s the thing - it is not prevented from accelerating. The wheels are functionally frictionless. That’s why planes have brakes. The plane pushes on the air to move, & the treadmill could accelerate backwards until the plane’s tires explode.

    I’ll sign this pact too.

Once I’m into the top 1000 net worths on earth (practically a given to happen), I’ll just retire.

If my valuable assets force me into the top 100 (more likely than not), I’ll hire somebody to find good charities to prop up.

If I stumble into the top 10 billion/trillion-aires, go ahead and do what you gotta do and remind my widow to do nice things with the estate.
