Interesting. For me it usually happens when I’m bouldering and rest for like 5+min. But the intensity varies alot. I feel like it might be more caused by lack of electrolytes in my case since I only drink water.

Depends. When I can’t sleep it’s usually because I’m thinking too much. Then I look at my phone for like 15min and that usually help shutting my brain up

Is it? I thought DS emulators are pretty good. I’ve seen a few Streamers stream the Pokémon DS games without issues. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon also doesn’t make much use of the touch screen iirc
