The difference between this and swimming attire is context. Seeing a swimming competition on the communal TV at work doesn’t make you look like a creep but checking out drawings of a half-naked anime girl on your personal device does.

Yeah this guy is making the most ridiculous slippery slope argument here. What context is there for you to be viewing a half-naked anime girl at work? It just makes you look like a creep. Viewing political posts is hardly comparable.
Good luck explaining that to HR or trying to come up with a non-creepy reason for viewing that on your computer at work.
I sometimes do the math on people’s birthdays to see what holiday they were conceived around. Lots of early September (Christmas/New Years) and November birthdays (Valentines)
This had been a theme through multiple Trek series. They call it Pon farr.
I’m pretty sure there’s never been an official definition for what it meant. I believe they claimed it stood for “other people’s problems” back in the day while other people said “other people’s pussy.”
Where I live this will cause what would be a 15 minute car ride into 1.5 hours of hopping on different busses and then walking 1/2 mile to your destination on either end. I don’t have a problem with effective public transportation but outside of major population centers like Manhattan, I haven’t seen one that really works all that well here in the US.
I think they’re actually chop sticks.
I think it may tangentially as you could argue hacking into the software to modify and bypass software locks is akin to piracy.
Los Angeles also has a higher population than 50% of the countries on the planet.
For a small segment of the trip. The problem with public transportation is that all these people are going to different locations and a bus being more efficient for 50% of the travel doesn’t really help you for the other 50%
Right you said it “doesn’t matter” which is another way of saying that something is unimportant.
Here it is for Oregon. Every state will have its own version.
803.025 Violating title requirements; penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of violating vehicle title requirements if the person owns or operates any vehicle in this state for which this state has not issued title.
803.300 Failure to register; penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of failure to register a vehicle if the person owns a vehicle in this state and the person does not register the vehicle in this state.
(2) In addition to other persons subject to this section, this section applies to out-of-state corporations owning, operating or maintaining a place of business in this state with regard to vehicles that are used by the corporation doing business in this state.

I mean the proof is in the pudding with this one as you must also ask yourself why E15 is banned during summer months in the first place. If you can answer that question you’ll likely find the information you’re looking for.
If it was as unimportant as you think it is, it wouldn’t be getting ruled on by SCOTUS. It absolutely does matter, especially with groups like the right who continually challenge laws to find ways to loosen or completely negate them.
Because road funding is derived from car registration, states absolutely require you to register your car there if you live and use the car there. The fact that some states allow you to register your car with them even if it’s not your primary residence doesn’t negate this fact. That’s likely for wealthy people who may have multiple homes and cars that they don’t use in other states. This doesn’t mean you can legally register your car in NY when you really live in Iowa to get away from having to register it in Iowa. Iowa is still going to want their registration fees and if police see you driving said NY plated car over and over in Iowa, you’re probably going to get ticketed for it especially if you have an Iowa license.
The blog is a gross simplification compared to what? All you’re offering is your personal theories on how things work.
Like when he broke up the rail union strike shortly before that horrible train crash in Ohio that unleashed toxic black clouds over the town?
because he actually cares about what the Constitution stands for
I think you’re just projecting your own beliefs onto him. I seriously doubt any politician at this level gives two shits about anything but themselves and their power.
But they’re not illegal things according to the highest court in the nation. That’s the entire point.
That’s literally exactly what you’re doing here.
