Comment from a chud relative is that this is a fake fight so liberals stop hurting Tesla 😂. Coping so hard. Must be embarrasing to be that desperate.

Numberone@startrek.websiteto Europe@lemmy.ml•Germany forces Pro-Palestinian media outlet red.media to shut down.0·1 month agoI think of this when Europeans on other threads shit on Americans by saying “come over here if you want that free speech back”. That was never a thing in Europe, and certainly isn’t now in the days of Palestinian genocide. Shit on Americans all you want, but let’s be accurate with those turds shall we?

I accidently got cornered by it so I couldn’t progress till I beat trumpet dude due to how it would reload (assuming i’m thinking of the same guy). I probably fought that bastard 15 times before I beat it. I’ll say I REALLY like the game. It’s absolutely beautiful and i’m loving the slow release of the lore. Even the battles (that can be really frustrating) are great because you can get absolutely wrecked 10 times, but then get the timings down and absolutely dominate the bastard. It’s really simple, but also real rewarding, I find.

It was my first time playing, but I can’t imagine scaling up the experience from there to some of the bosses I’ve fought since, all without dodge/parry.

I can’t imagine how they beat the game without dodging and I can’t imagine it was fun.

You don’t think that anyone can have a good faith contrarian opinion to your values? I mean, life is complicated. People are complicated and come from a bunch of different communities or backgrounds. Do you think they should just bow down before your assessment, or do you think there should be some wiggle room to convince people of your ideas.
Numberone@startrek.websiteto /0@lemmy.dbzer0.com•Crossposting here because apparently this transphobic mod is running their community, where they enable other transphobes, on this instance, which I don't think they should be allowed to0·5 months agoI mean, serious question. Is the goal to produce a pure echo chamber where no dissent arises? How far does this go. It seems like the end result of this is 5-10 large groups of peeps who have “aligned values” that can endlessly reinforce each other. I have a MAGA chud relative that spouts all kinds of nonsense. Is the best thing to literally exorcise this person from my life? I don’t know that a lot of identity driven silos is really all that healthy either.
Yes people should be safe, but that doesn’t necessarily imply that no one EVER disagrees with them does it?
Numberone@startrek.websiteto Fuck Cars@lemmy.ml•This woman needs a psychological examination0·5 months agoI know 2 people, completely separate and accross the country from each other that have wrecked due to autopilot failures or errors or whatever. I know this is ultimately anecdotal, but it really seems like Tesla isn’t putting up pretty good numbers given my horizon.
Numberone@startrek.websiteto Technology@beehaw.org•I love my smart TV (From Mastodon) - Repost1·6 months agoYou can always get a new Chromecast (we were forced to as the ancient bullet proof one told us to “fuck off, I want to die”). The new one has a remote control and apps, which I always thought were missing from the minimalist Chromecast family of products. So look at us, now we have a shitty roku when all we wanted was a device that I could send things to from my phone. Needed and wanted nothing more, but I got it. My tone is muddled here, so I’ll make it clear that it’s worse than it used to be, and I’m annoyed I was forced to pay to downgrade.

They never said “people watched children be exploded on twitter or Insta”. That could be due to user preference or whatever, but as an outsider, I have the ambient notion that more of this kind of content was coming from tiktok.
More concretely, in a lot of the stuff that came out of the twitter files, it’s clear that the US government does have, what I would classify as, inappropriate contact with american social media companies that can controle narratives. Without saying something with absolute certainty, the statement he’s making sounds pretty reasonable.
Also nothing is just one thing, there’s probably a ton going on.
Never sure, with that one😆
Numberone@startrek.websitetoUnited States | News & Politics@midwest.social•*Permanently Deleted*0·7 months agoYeah, I think dems don’t take equality seriously at all. The cultural equality stuff they parrot is to distract from the fact that they’ll never do anything to change the biggest inequality in the US, wealth and class. Even if it’d Freudian, in that they can point and say “see there? I want an equitable society” while ignoring the wealth inequality that is, statistically speaking, doing well for the college educated base they now encompass.
Oh. I hadn’t considered this. Devastating…

But definitely call her that :-)
Don’t call her that!
Yeah, and I’m pretty sure both sides have been using them during the war.
