We need to take all of those guides with grain of salt. It’s pretty common for them to not be that true. The “cool” part describes the looks of those guides more than anything.

I don’t think it’s possible to migrate instance/community to a new domain yet. This is the reason why fmhy instance died after .ml domain got nuked and I haven’t heard of such feature so far.

Apparently it was done by a mod and not an admin which is even weirder.

Oh… I just checked and it is actually pinned on the instance. Lol

If I understand correctly then it’s pinned on the community and not the instance and it just happened to be at the top of your feed.
