Yeah, they claim to be ardent supporters of minorities, but when something bad happening, to a country they don’t like, that will make life even more dangerous for them, they cheer it on. If its a country claiming communism they will look the other way too. They would be absolutely fine with getting their authoritarian, socialist, regime even if it meant the genocide of every vulnerable demographic of people they claim to support the rights of.
