I hope Z Library, and others like it, live on like the hydra.

Once when we were studying in biology class, when I was maybe 14 or 15, the teacher leaves the room and comes back with this sort of telly on the wheelie stand thing; he was trying to surprise us with an educational distraction from textbooks and, it was good on paper.
He must have forgotten to rewind the VHS or something, of a nature documentary, and the entire class got an immediate scene of two wildebeast trying to repopulate the Savannah by themselves.
I mean it did work, since it was a great distraction whilst he frantically Goku punched the Stop button as fast as he could, before pressing rewind.
Nice to see Crass ethos promoted on my feed. I have this symbol as a tattoo, for over a decade. What this post really does is remind me I need a touch up!
Considering how old our civilisations are, the traditions and livelihoods of our fellow person, the history of all that is human and the understanding to human of all that is not…
Would you like some toast?
… How did you get rid of the wasps? Or is it a ‘they live here now, Bob’s the king of section 3-b’ sort of thing?
I very much enjoyed reading this, thank you.
215 so far. Just a lot of doom posting, or politics.
Children of Men.
Whenever another guy recommends something I find repulsive, for various reasons, I tend to write off most respect I had for that person.
Lately some guys have talked positively about Andrew Tate, and it’s just made it easier for me to know who is a gullible prick and who to avoid.
I know this is going to sound a bit unbelievable given the chance of coincidence, however I used to genuinely know a huge dealer in Atlanta, who would be shifting kilos of weed per week around two decades ago, and since quitting a good number of years ago has been working as a chef.
The last time we spoke he seemed to really enjoy it.
Every day I am trying my hardest, to not give into a temptation and eat my own body weight in puffed cheese balls.
This has nothing to do with the post, however you did ask.
There’s quite a few you’d find with a search, phrases in general, however one example out of many is the simple phrase: cakewalk, or ‘taking the cake’. The phrase has origins as a sort of dance African slaves would perform in order to win a prize of a cake.
Here’s a source I found on it, which is short, however there is a longer Wikipedia entry about too: https://birminghamhistoricalsociety.com/2023/02/06/history-of-the-cake-walk/
Edit: I’m sorry I remembered this is about sexual stereotypes. I’m way too high since I went down a rabbit hole and can’t decide on a source. Sorry lmao.
Which one? There are various different stereotypes, and many have roots in some rather shameful aspects of History (e.g.: treatment of slaves). I understand the down votes on this question, however I do suggest people research various stereotypes revolving around ‘black’ men and women. I personally found it rather shocking to discover how many terms, which are used for a general prejudice of all people, originated through harsh exercise of bigotry.
I had a dream once that a pimp was in charge of alteration surgeries, and trans people walked in and he would go “FO’ YOUZ I GIVE MA BOTTOM SURGERY, SHE DA BEST SURGERY, MY MAIN SURGERY” and he was the best doctor in town for it.
That’s a lovely way to see it. Thanks for the kind words.
I believe that ethos is along the lines of the meaning behind a semi-colon tattoo. As far as ‘trend tattoos’ go, I do like the idea of it.
Same, I’m getting there. I’ve been using the steam room at my gym, since the steam forces me to regulate my breathing. It’s a crutch but it has worked wonders for my mind.
They were bought by Comcast a number of years ago, so they’re actually worse than before if you can believe it.
That’s where being pansexual has the upper hand: I don’t even have a clue.
And people think I’m mad for saying ‘thank you’ to my toaster!
I mean, I probably am, but that’s besides the point I think!
