Not knowing what how he’d elaborate beyond the confines of the length of a tweet, I’d assume he’s talking about lead paint theory. Surely the issue American Republicans extends beyond a single cause like heavy metal poisoning, but I wouldn’t automatically think that he’s talking about something specifically genetic. There are plenty of other biological causes for changes in a population that don’t include genetics. Stuff in the water, environmental contaminants, lax air standards, food additives…we don’t know what the long-term effects of some of these things have on people, and studies to identify those problems are probably blocked the same way the effects of smoking were repressed for decades.
Capitalist-focused education systems that reward fitting into boxes over critical thinking wouldn’t be considered “biological”, but absolutely could be partially blamed for how Americans tend to act. Incentivizing financial success over anything else, including empathy could be partially blamed. Also not biological. Forcing the concept of “rugged individuality” into every aspect of our culture with no concern for community welfare could be partially blamed, and isn’t biological. With the festival of different social structures all combining in the process of making an adult in the US, it’s no wonder we’ve got such glaring problems. If you include lax environmental protections, food safety standards, industry lobbying to allow ultra-processed ingredients, sugar subsidies, additives to increase shelf life, those things all do become biological. Hopefully that’s what Yugo is talking about.
He probably knows as well as most that with a genetically-diverse country like the US, you could never chalk the issues with conservatism up to something like genes. That still doesn’t mean other biological causes aren’t factors.
The speaker at the last protest I went to literally sang Kumbaya.

A town I used to live in just dug up some wooden pipes during road construction.

Oh, THAT’S why troops aren’t going to Venezuela. They’re saving ICE money by cutting down on transportation.

I’m just picturing Cookie Monster at a biscuit factory screaming “WHAT FUCK IS THIS? THIS COOKIE HAVE NO SUGAR!”
“I have decades of experience in X intensely-capitalized industry (like the pharmaceutical industry), and all other countries’ successes in that field are because of the US”

“I guess I won’t try to diddle that kid because if I get caught, I might be sentenced to state-sponsored slavery, so I guess I should let the kid live to testify against me”, said every New Hampshire pedophile in unison

No.

People need to start asking Israelis whether genocide is a tenet of Judaism. It isn’t, so being opposed to genocide of Palestinians isn’t anti-Semitic.

I listened to Joe Rogan tapering off by 2016. In the middle days of the podcast, there were occasionally interesting guests, and the discussions were good, but after a while, it just turned into Rogan’s moronic ramblings and the guests barely holding on. He also stopped pushing back against the dumb guests, probably as an effort to keep those dumb guests coming back. At a certain point, I remember thinking “Wow, all he says is ‘huh huh huh what if the monkeys just get stoned…do you think that guy would have done DMT?’”, and that’s when I stopped listening altogether.
I never fell for the anti-SJW stuff, because it always seemed pretty obvious that it was anti-anti-asshole advocacy. “The LGBTQ+ Agenda” was only ever a struggle to survive.
thinly-sliced pineapple with jalapenos on pizza is great. Where you run into trouble is when it’s giant wet chunks that immediately fall off because they have nothing to stick to the pizza with, and they leave rectangular, sweet, wet cheese holes behind that no longer have the structural fortitude to keep the slice rigid enough to make it to your mouth.
You wouldn’t pirate your optic nerve…

I hope you’re right.

My brother in law is using his engineering degree to work for various arms companies, including DARPA. His wife justifies it by saying “He only makes things for good countries like the US”.
A few years ago, he, his wife, my wife, another sister in law and his kids were in a car, and he was talking about why it’s justifiable to drone-strike school buses. He said “Well, there were some really bad people on those buses.” I ask “What makes them bad?”, and he says “You know, they make bombs, that sort of thing.”
I turned to him and said “YOU make bombs. By your rationale, this car with your entire family is every bit as much a justifiable target as those school buses.”
The entire car went silent, and later, my wife thanked me for not going any further.
He’s the most morally-bankrupt person I’ve ever met, and I hate being in the same room as him. His wife isn’t much better, and is the epitome of the portion of the working class that’s been tricked into thinking they’re better than that. She’ll handwave away the fact that in her career, she’s been directly responsible for firing thousands of people “for the good of the company”.

“Zero Trust Architecture doesn’t care about bloodlines” might be my favorite data security quote

WHERE
Of course they’re doing this. The world just watched them do a genocide and hasn’t done anything about it, so of course they feel emboldened to do more vile shit. They are doing whatever they want because there are no repercussions.
