Yeah, I was out of work for a long time due to an injury, so I spent my down time working my ass off on streaming and trying to make videos. Unfortunately didn’t gain any traction during that time. I gave up for a bit, but I’m giving it another go.

This probably happened in the American south. I could see how an accent or uneducated person, or a mix of both could lead to misinterpretation.
