ApexHunter@lemmy.mlto homeassistant@lemmy.world•Does anyone manage their air exchanger with Home Assistant?English5·3 个月前This is absolutely doable. I have ours setup to turn on when co2 roses above 800ppm and then turns off when it goes under 650ppm. I choose those numbers somewhat arbitrarily but they seem to be good enough.
There are plenty of sensors out there you can use. My sensor is an iqair visual, but that is just what I had on hand when I went down this path – if starting from scratch I would probably look for a cheaper CO2 only sensor.

That’s how git works. Every file and subfolder under the repo’s root folder belongs to the repo.
We lost power for 3 days back in 2006. The water heater still had hot water in it when power was restored. It wasn’t piping hot that last day, but was still good enough for a shower. I was quite impressed.
If this is how he felt the last year, he’s just as culpable as all of the other fucks who stayed home and didn’t vote. Fuck him and his Monday morning quarterbacking.
ApexHunter@lemmy.mlto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•When and how did you find your way out of survival mode (altogether or in-part)?0·1 年前This is the correct way to manage a budget.
The budget software I use (“you need a budget”) follows a similar philosophy; based on the way you describe you financial circumstances, paying for that software is probably not in your budget, but I suspect you will find the “rules”/method/philosophy described on their website helpful.

The joke is that, regardless of how the type is declared in json, you are parsing a string. (your json blob is just a series of characters, not raw binary data)

ApexHunter@lemmy.mlto PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•In 2018 a group of Valve staff tried to figure out just how efficient they were being—and found they were making more money per head than Apple, Facebook, and nearly every tech giant out there0·2 年前Nobody is arguing that valve shouldn’t be compensated for the value they provide. Many of us do, however, argue they are taking too much. Their revenue per employee being so much higher than anyone else in the market supports that argument.
ApexHunter@lemmy.mlto World News@lemmy.world•China sides with Russia at UN, urges end to weapons for UkraineEnglish0·2 年前That guy is essential the head of the Republican party, which controls half of Congress and holds a majority of seats on the Supreme Court. When he says jump all of the other Republicans ask how high, while they all try to figure out ways to 1up each other to please him.
So when he speaks, he indicates what he wants to happen which telegraphs actions of all of his sicophants. So if he says “torpedo the border bill” it gets canned. If he says IDGAF about NATO, you can be sure China and Russia see an opening they can exploit.

There is no way US literacy in the 1950s was anywhere near 90% unless you excluded marginalized and minority populations.
On Christmas morning, when the motion sensor in the hallway next to the living room is triggered, it slowly turns on the Christmas tree, turns on the stereo, sets the stereo volume to 0, starts a Christmas music playlist, then slowly turns up the volume.
