Not correct, he was arrested for breaking a ban. Were he wearing a keffiyeh for a religious reason he would not have been arrested. If he were wearing a mask for a medical reason, he would not have been arrested either. Break the law, deal with the consequences. Don’t like the law, get it changed. Bitching about it on Lemmy does absolutely nothing.
