She’s an outspoken Anarcho-Communist, along with her husband Sascha Konietzko.
Her style is industrial with some goth flavoring. Truly unique stuff. Her solo stuff doesn’t go as hard as KMFDM does, but both are great with themes that would appeal to the Hexbear/Chapo crowd.
…Y’know, I absolutely expected KMFDM to hide behind the same dissembling kind of wide-eyed "we don’t advocate for anything" kind of handhiding that Combichrist has been known to do; but I wasn’t expecting them to be ancoms
