Where I live, processed stuff is usually more expensive because it isn’t sold in most stores, so I have to travel a little far or order online in vegan stores (plus shipping). Also vegan restaurants are far or more expensive, but I’ve seen more non-vegan restaurants add vegetarian/vegan options :)
If you are eating in restaurants, clearly money is not your primary concern.
For this one, single thing, in this isolated instance? No.
If I’m comparing vegan sausage to pork sausage? Very much so.
(Does pork have a higher environmental cost that isn’t reflected by the price paid at the register? Also yes.)
Uhhh coconut whipped cream is SO good though, I’d you had the choice why would you choose regular?
