Jokes on you, i use Dvorak touch typing so I have no idea what’s actually printed on the keys since I never pay attention to it anyway. I would literally not notice at all if you swapped them.
I do look at my keyboard once in a while to recenter my fingers, but I only get a general sense of the layout. Absolutely wouldn’t notice two switched keycaps. On my laptop, I tend to feel for ridges on the F and J key instead of looking.

Jokes on you! I cracked open the keyboard and rewired the circuit so the scancodes are swapped!
But that’s the joke. People will reverse the letters because they type without having to look.
How will they reverse the letters if they don’t look?
