Yeah, it just tends to trip people up because of just how long their necks are. So I find it fun to mention. Their vagus nerve also goes from the head down, loops around their aorta then goes back up to innervate the trachea larynx and esophagus. Which again standard mammal thing just crazily longer for a giraffe relative to like a human or dog.
