I honestly don’t know if I could pass that right now. A few years back (maybe 2020) I dropped down and did 30 continuous pushups after not having done them for years for something at work. Some joke about something. I went into it with the attitude of hell I always did thse when I was younger and did them quickly. Needless to say I overdid it hard. The next day I don’t think I could have done 1 pushup if I tried my muscles were just shot.
A reasonable me would have started doing a set of ten in the morning and night after that until I got back up to doing 50 pushups or so… But lazy me just decided maybe it’s easier to just not do pushups anymore, haha
