Like do they clean or watch shit or demonstrate planning or cognitive tasks?

    I knew someone that did this on the regular to knock herself out. But it never seemed like actual sleep to me. Her legs would kick all night. She would toss and turn. The next day, her mental state would be like someone who had not slept at all. I don’t know how to explain it but it’s like it turned the lights off but everything was still running. I don’t think her brain did all the stuff it’s supposed to do when actually sleeping.

    She suffered multiple injuries from falls while on that stuff too. Trying to go to the bathroom or kitchen etc.

    She suffered from severe anxiety and ADHD, so things might be different for someone else.
