How so?
The oil will only go rancid if you don’t use it fast enough and same with the spices loosing flavor.
Being near that range is not going to alter that timeframe in any significant way.

Olive oil generally lasts about a year, give or take depending on heat and sunlight. Subject to high heat that time can be cut in half.
