the sad thing is you are likely right, but he also can’t pardon himself from the state level crimes, but him getting presidency again would be a lot easier then having to restart the legal process /again/ since the supreme court refused to elaborate on if he was actually immune for the charges, just that acting as commander grants immunity for official acts.
