Still, with billions of dollars in losses across the globe and all the various impacts it’s having on people’s lives, is nobody gonna be held accountable?

I imagine someone will, but I don’t have a good idea for how legal systems will handle it. As an example, I could see companies that deployed CrowdStrike’s software in violation of CrowdStrike’s ToS as carrying liability for it it too. I don’t know if or how much responsibility any group will receive for it though.
